In order to carry out all the projects that Kiwanis is involved with throughout the year, each member is asked to join one or more committees.

Board of Directors	The Club's Board of Directors determines the policies and activities of the club, elect and discipline members, approve the budget, approve all bills, take counsel with committees, and have general management of the club.
Interclub	Arrange for attendance at other Kiwanis club meetings by members of our club, especially clubs within our Division 12.
Key Club at Bourgade High School	Lead the high school arm of Kiwanis. Our club sponsors the Key Club at Bourgade Catholic High School.
Key Club at St. Mary's High School	Our club co-sponsors the Key Club at St. Mary's High School with the Phoenix Club.
Membership	Educate new members and retain current members.
Newsletter - Sun Dial	Publish the Club's bi-monthly newsletter, "The Sun Dial."
Programs	Arrange for regular meeting speakers.
Service	Our service projects enable our Club to achieve the Kiwanis mission of "changing the world one child and one community at a time."
Social	Plan Club get-togethers outside of service projects.
Terrific Kids	Our recognition program that promotes character development, self-esteem, and perseverance as students work toward achieving a prescribed, self-determined goal. Our club sponsors the Terrific Kids programs at Riverside Elementary and King's Ridge Schools.
Website	Oversees the makeup and content of the Club Management Web Site.
